Are you insured and bonded?

Yes we have $1,000,000 General Liability Per Occurrence, $2,000,000 Aggregate, a $2,000,000 Umbrella and also a $100,000 Fidelity Bond.

Are housekeepers contracted or employees?

All of our employees are W-2 internal employees.

How do I know I can trust the people you send to my home?

We take this with extreme seriousness. We understand the responsibility of having our employees enter your homes and place of business. We run criminal backgrounds and drug test all  employees and do extensive pre-screening prior to sending anyone out in the field.

Do you pay for referrals?

Yes! Refer one of your friends & family that uses our services and you will receive 10% off your next cleaning

We are a family owned company and take pride in our services and take time to get to know our customers to exceed expectations.

What are the payment terms and methods of payment accepted?

Payment is due upon completion of services. An electronic invoice will be emailed to you for your convenience. We accept credit cards and checks. 

Hiring of our employees:

We are happy you love our employees, however, we work hard to obtain the best employees in order to provide top notch service. If you directly employ one of our employees you will be charged a fee of $750.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your service. A fee of $50 will be charged for late cancellation.

Is my satisfaction guaranteed?

Yes. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will send someone out to correct the issue.

Do you supply the cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes. We provide all equipment and cleaning supplies. If you have specific products you would like us to use, you are welcome to provide them.
